Villas

Every villa has both sunset sea views and woodland mountains because embracing Ibiza’s natural beauty is at the heart of Sabina.

Yet no two villas will be the same because we want Sabina to reflect the specific, creative individuality of its community. The villas have been designed to not only give residents the best possible views of the sea, surrounding nature and the sunset all within a private, secure environment of like-minded people.

The Founders’ goal is to build a community of inter-generational family friendships, in much the same way as those created in Mustique or Lyford Cay in the Bahamas. By becoming a Sabina resident, you are laying the foundation stone for your children and their children’s heritage.

Gardens and planting are a primary feature of the Sabina ethos with every villa having a collection of ancient olive trees; particularly two large King and Queen olives. Architects were briefed to focus on elegant simplicity and refined luxury where there could be an obvious juxtaposition between architecture and nature.

All were given total freedom to express their individual style and creativity, yet the villas share many key features:

Local stone and glass as the main elements with exposed wood.

Single storey with high ceilings and green planted roofs.

Geothermal energy for air conditioning and underfloor heating in houses and swimming pools.

Efficient rainwater and water recycling systems in place.

Lower ground floors with up to 3m high ceilings and terraces for natural light.

Main reception rooms and master bedrooms have sea views.

Specific TV/cinema/media rooms/high speed WiFi.

Dedicated space for gym, bar or media room.

Wine storage.

16.7m-20m tempered salt filtered swimming pools.

Gardens are planted with Olives trees, Spanish oak, Orange trees, Lavender and are large enough for 20 five-year-olds to run around at a party.

Side garden areas for table tennis and herb gardens.

The walls of each Villa are built with the highest quality sound and thermal insulation.

All the villas are accrediting BREEAM “Excellent” by evaluating the sustainability of the properties with the analysis of up to 49 requirements in 10 categories: Water, Materials, Energy, Health and Welfare, Waste, Management, Transportation, Land Use, Pollution and Innovation.

The villas have Energy Certificates rated A, which is the highest achieved for this type of building.
