Our affiliate concierge services will look after you on and off the Estate, and even off Ibiza, if you wish so. They can staff your villa to your heart’s desire, find a maths tutor or a ‘manny’, stock your fridge with Kefir or Krug, source a clown or book a DJ, find a puppy trainer or sushi chef, organise a fabulous yacht charter or reserve the exclusive table at thet beach restaurant… You name it they’ll arrange it!
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
You never have to worry about your villa, garden or pool maintenance at Sabina. Sabina will provide 24/7 Property Management services to all residents. You won’t arrive to a leak, a faulty washing machine or a dirty swimming pool. Your property will be as ready to walk into as any fully-serviced villa in a world-class hotel.
SECURITY
We’ve invested in state-of-the-art security equipment and fully trained staff who patrol the site 24 hours a day. Security cameras surround the roads and external walls and you have the option to upgrade your personal security to monitor your personal villa. We want you to feel you can go out to the beach all day or dancing all night without a care in the world.
