London-based architects David Chipperfield and John Pawson are just two of a stellar line-up from around the world working on a new luxury residential development in Ibiza.
Sabina Ibiza is a project backed by entrepreneur and real estate expert Anton Bilton. Worth 360 million Euros, the Sabina Estates development consists of 50 ecologically inspired villas on the west coast of the island. Priced between 4 million Euros and 25 million Euros, the private dwellings are set to be spectacular.
Dwellings for Phase 1 of the Sabina Ibiza project are complete. These feature contemporary designs by local Spanish architects Rolf Blakstad, Jaime Tomano and Jordi Carren. In addition there is also a clubhouse with a library, gym, spa, restaurant, nightclub, teen hangout area and a non-denominational place of worship.
Architects for Phase 2, joining John Pawson and David Chipperfield, include Elias Rizo from Mexico, Italy’s Matteo Thun, Marcio Kogan from Brazil, the USA’s Rck Joy, Ami Szmelcman from Israel, Manuel Aires Mateus from Portugal and Spain’s Carlos Ferrater.
The completed development will have 50 luxurious villas designed with families in mind. Each dwelling is hidden from its neighbours, giving plenty of privacy. The whole complex is designed to maximise enjoyment of the natural beauty of Ibiza, with every luxury catered for.
