Our ethos stems from knowing that although technology may have transformed our lives, real human connection is increasingly our most precious need. Therefore, we’ve created the Clubhouse; a place for you to enjoy family, friends and an international community in a relaxed yet refined and private manner.
Every Sabina Villa offers seclusion and total privacy but if you choose, the Clubhouse is a place for the community to gather. The idea is that you can have a wonderful holiday with like-minded people – separately.
We wanted to create an environment in which our children are as happy, entertained and free as we are. That’s why the Clubhouse ultimately represents the soul of the project. It’s where friendships are born, nurtured and made for life, where residents have the time and freedom to connect fully with their family, friends and with an authentic, relaxed version of themselves. Ultimately Sabina represents a mix of spirituality and fun, which echoes the magic of Ibiza itself.

Rolf Blakstad, the renowned specialist in design based on historical Ibizian architecture, was asked to imagine he was building a palace for a beautiful Phoenician Princess. A young, yet newly widowed Princess, who’d lost her gallant prince to war and who’d moved specifically to this beautiful spot on the island of Ibiza to mourn him in the magnificence of the sun setting into the sea. Interior designer, Lázaro Rosa-Violán was, in turn, asked to deliberately give the Clubhouse a sense of faded grandeur and understated refinement as her palace would have been. There are large generous spaces in which to entertain and small, intimate spaces where one can unwind and simply enjoy the surroundings. The indigenous materials Rosa-Violán has used give one a sense of pride in the local environment, as well as a sense of responsibility for it, whilst the planting of huge ancient olives in its gardens by Garden Designer Andrea Sanchez gives one a feeling that the building has stood in the lush gardens and natural landscape for two thousand years.

The Clubhouse provides a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere to enjoy delicious cocktails and dining round the pool. The restaurant’s made with love philosophy encapsulates what we believe food and drinks do best – bringing people together to celebrate, to restore and to share.
The design of the restaurant is key. Surrounded by Phoenician columns and verdant planting, we have created an atmospheric outdoor dining space with a lush garden and gleaming open-air pool, perfect for warm summer days and long nights.
Indoors, our circular bar and firelit dining room allow you to feel cosy and comforted all year- round.
Beyond the restaurant at the Clubhouse we’ve also tried to think of everything else you could possibly want and set out to provide the best – in privacy, and always with superb service.
We believe that if you are certain your family is occupied, safe and your property is being looked after, you will relax. Our aim is to provide that sense of security, a hassle-free environment to enable you to be entirely carefree. In this regard, Sabina has chosen a “best of breed” group of affiliate service providers to tend to residents´requirements.
