Sabina´s services charge consist of:
24 hour security
Clubhouse with restaurant, gym, spa and sports facilities
Full management of the Estate
External cleaning and maintenance of buildings and Estate
Villa garden and pool maintenance
Refuse collection and recycling

Service charges vary according to the size of your villa.

Fees are collected monthly together with any additional charges for supplementary services such as, Clubhouse food and drink, spa treatments or other additional services received.

Utility costs, are owners’ responsibility. All villas have telephone lines available and fibre optic internet capability.

RENTING AND SELLING YOUR PROPERTY

Residents are able to rent out their villas through our rental system. Details on Sabina’s rental offering and anticipated rental rates are available from the on-site Sabina sales team, who can also assist you with the resale of your property.
