“I am sitting in the shade of a porch, cooled by a pleasant Mediterranean breeze.  The turquoise sea shimmers behind the almond and orange trees, their blossom scenting the air.

On a rustic wooden table rests home-baked bread, olive oil, salt and rosemary and a cold glass of Vega Sicilia wine. I smell gambas grilling and can hear the soundtrack – it could not be otherwise – Ryuichi Sakamoto interpreting a Brazilian song: Insensatez!  Our complex mission at Sabina was to make this magical moment a reality.”
