The Restaurant

The seed of La Paloma was originally sown by Prasuna Coppini, who learnt to cook at her mother’s knees in Tuscany, giving her a deep understanding and value of food and its ability to unite family and friends around the table. Today, co-owners Amit and Mouji (daughter of Prasuna) have joined with  Sabina to bring the Clubhouse to life.

THE FOOD

The Mediterranean inspired breakfast and lunch menu will be presented by Nir Cohen (Head Chef and Co-Founder of La Paloma Cafe) and Shahar Tamir (ex-chef at Noma). Their offerings focus on the highest quality and nutritious ingredients, offering deliciously fresh salads, homemade baked goods from the wood-burning pizza oven and a collection of meze dishes, perfect to enjoy the simplicity of a laid back lunch.

At night the menu will surprise you with a journey of fresh and refined flavours. Offering innovative and evolving seasonal dishes; with a twist of herbs and spices served with the finest locally sourced ingredients.
